Terms and conditions - Web sales via our web shop

Use of the site and any orders placed indicates your acceptance of the listed terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these, please do not use this site.

Ordering

We will identify any products on our website that are not available in stock for immediate shipment. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we process your payment through our website, at which point the purchasing contract will be made. The order will only be processed once authorisation has been properly received from Worldpay.

Description and accuracy of information

We endeavour to ensure that all product specification images and details given on our site are as accurate as possible. All information (including images) has been made accessible by our suppliers or manufacturers. However, we cannot guarantee their reliability and Clydesdale Ltd disclaims any liabilities direct or indirect associated with the contents of this site. As it is not practical to publish all information on the products we sell. All images, specifications and descriptions are for the purpose of giving you an approximate description of the product. Should you require more details or information on any products detailed on this site they can usually be obtained from the manufacturer's brochure or website or by requesting them directly form us.

Typographical errors

We have the right to cancel or refuse any order that maybe listed at an incorrect price either due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers. In this event we will contact you giving you the option to re-order the goods at the correct price or to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation where we have charged your credit card we will immediately refund your card with the sum of the initial payment made.

Pricing

All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT and shown in Pounds Sterling (£, GBP). We are entitled to make adjustments to the price at any time. This may be due to increases from our suppliers or due to an error in the published price. We will contact you prior to making the adjustments to give you the opportunity to cancel the order if you so wish.

Payment methodsAccepted Cards

Payments will be taken on our website using the Worldpay system. When ordering you must supply your billing address, telephone number and e-mail address (the postal address must be your credit card billing address). Please ensure that the e-mail address is correct as we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail. Any incorrect information given will only delay the order. The order will be processed once full authorisation has been received from Worldpay. 

All payments are checked for fraud and all frauds will be reported to the police.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time and without prior notice to you.

Delivery

Orders from our webshop will be shipped using DHL. Our aim is to ship your order on the next working day after it is placed. Typically this will then arrive with you the working day after that. This would give a nominal time of 2 working days from placing an order to receipt of items. We will not split your order unless this agreed by prior arrangment.

Refunds and returns

Clydesdale honour their obligations under The Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Any purchases made via our website may be returned within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods. Please inform us of any goods you intend to return so we can issue you with a returns number.

The purchase is responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of deciding to cancel and Clydesdale will refund your payment within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or, in the event of a lost shipment, evidence that the goods were returned)

You rights under the Consumer Rights Act for returning faulty goods bought online remain in place indepent of the above policy.
